Default Problem launching EQ

Hello, i recently bought a new computer and installed EQ Titanium. After completing the steps to set it up for p1999, I launch the EQ shortcut I made and i get this error message:

"The instruction at 0x0293f0ce referenced memory at oxffffffc. The memory could not be read."

Anyone have any ideas how to fix this? Also, what additional information could i give to help solve the problem? Thanks in advance

Update your .net software from windows update or direct from Microsoft's website. Also make sure your windowed and full screen resolutions are correct for your monitor.

I am having this same issue. I have not been able to play on my desktop for about a week now. So far I have tried the .net updates, changing resolution, adjusting for single core play, copying eq files from my laptop to my desktop and it still is not working. When I get some time soon I think I will just uninstall and reinstall to see if that changes anything if I cannot come up with anything else.
