Shrub Marwood in Firiona Vie is supposed to sell a Vial of Swirling Smoke but he currently doesn't. He has all of the other potions except for the gate potions.

according to the p99 wiki it says Shrub is selling gate potions but in the game he is not [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] not sure if this is the right place to post this but i believe it is...
