Has he been banned for the macro recording yet? Hope this gets looked into, and what is the deal with his 1000000 forum accounts he uses in rotation as the others get banned?
I hope the devs are serious about deleting accounts of those that cheat/afk level/skillup/whatever.

having a screenshot of having a macro program running in the background isn't evidence of anything. I have several instances of autohotkey running constantly for things like auto resizing of windows and having custom hotkeys.
frankly i can't even imagine how you could use a macro program to afk level, and skilling up is a pretty trivial thing to care about. People that use a macro to skill up should be banned but there's not much of a reason to do it from the perspective of a macroer.
