Bind Wounds

Not a big deal, but when my paladin reached his class skillcap for bind wounds (40), the skill degraded to healing 13 HP/bandage, rather than skill/2 as it did prior to reaching the class cap. Won't matter for long as I'll have healing spells in another level, but it seems rather an odd behavior.
