Some rare spawn rates and drop rates are fuxx0rd here. FBSS is a great example. It is heavily camped here, but goes for about 10x its value on the EQ progression server. Note the progression server has 3 or 4 times the population which means a lot more twinks buying it too. So, realistically if the spawn rates were equal it would be more common here, being heavily camped with less buyers.
I have noticed the same thing with the rare spawns in Traks Teeth, the named just do not pop. After killing about 100 foragers I have yet to see a named pop. The rate was more like 1 in 10 or better on live. That is why the Iksar regen BP is out of whack at 30k and was more like 5-10k on live.
