why not? for somebody learning the game, the single player mode is great. you can take as much time as you need to, look at all the cards being played, see how the mechanics work and such.

shanna download that for your pc. demonoid has it, ask me how i know [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]
We might be talking about different games. The xbox/ps3 versions are great, but not sure if they offer those on PC as well. Just checked the site and apparently they do offer it through steam - the "Duels of the Planeswalkers" games. But I'm talking about "Magic Online". Honestly I didn't find it to be a very user-friendly game, and the graphics seemed about a decade or two behind the times.

or a turn 1 hymn to tourach hahahha
hahahaha hymns are SO good. I have the most bullshit discard deck. tons of banned shit, but so entertaining. Dark ritual into first turn Necropotence, turn 2 they have no hand. So silly.

Almost as cool as mono red skullclamp aggroburn deck. [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

CAUTION: THIS COMBO IS SILLY & WILL NOT PLACE WELL IN A TOURNAMENT SETTING
(plus its not even extended legal anymore)

red/green very wary norin
if you want the whole decklist PM me

the main combo was norin the wary + primal forcemage + where ancients tread
cream of the crop worked well with norin, also ran a couple pandemoniums in case i couldnt get where ancients tread online

had other 5+ power creatures in the deck (rumbling slum, krosan tusker, juggernaut) to pop off the where nuggets tread

norin also helped me keep pyrohemia in play (red pestilence)

yeah but norin himself cant attack or defend? i know he can trigger some 'into play' shit a lot, but it seems like a lot of combo pieces for 5 dmg pops. [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] and the forcemage is pretty easily disrupted. definitely silly

Oh, and I'm not sure about the PS3 version, but with the Xbox version you get a voucher that you take to the nearest comic shop and you get a free mythic rare - grave titan, which is very relevant to the upcoming set.

Can also play the actual MTG online through wizards. You can buy packs and play in draft tourneys and such. Actual market for cards and event passes.
