I can imagine getting a monk epic. On live back in the days, camped karnos castle for 3 month on and off as time permitted, and the day it dropped i wasn't available and went to the back of the line.

Reroll on red99, be in a competent guild, slay your enemies and complete epic before your position in line is up on blue99.
