Attempt to enter fullscreen

Everytime I try to enter fullscreen I get a reset device failed! error I can't even get past the server select screen using fullscreen if i try i get some memory mapping error. I just did a fresh eq install and remember this happening before but cannot for the life of me fix it this time. I've tried several different resolutions and i still get the error.

Please help me i just want to play eq :-(

Happens every time I try to do it with the Titanium client playing on p99

When i use the SoD client and play other servers i can spam Alt+enter and it never crashes with that error.

I'm guess it is a client issue, what that issue is I haven't a clue. Lots of people have this problem tho.
