I was on when it first opened back up, but now when i logged out and tried to log back in, I get an error.

Having the same issue here on two separate PCs. Was able to get on fine right after the patch. No longer, though.

Technical issue.. I suggest maybe writing a petition

I had this error after unzipping the files directly to my EQ folder. After unzipping to a separate folder and manually copy/pasting them into the EQ folder, and the Eq/resource folder, as needed, I was able to log in.
