Gms didn't cycle the guilds on live. The guilds did that all themselves when huge drama hit or numbers needed to be bolstered. Basically the same thing that's happened here a couple times.

DEAR FRIEND,
You currently do not have a character able to raid. the raid scene at the moment does not harm nor benefit you.
