Who remembers the short lived "be a monster" feature?
I remember coming home one day and logging on to EQ to find a patch message saying there was a new "monster" feature that would spawn you in one of several newbie zones as a random low level critter. I remember being a froglok tad, a black wolf but I can't remember any of the other ones. I only remember being in Lake of Ill Omen and Innothule. It was lots of fun, you were slain almost immediately by players though. It would be really fun to experience that again! Anyone happen to have any screen caps from that? I remember wanting to go back to try it again a short while later and the feature was removed, I think it was only around for a week or two.

That was a fun time.
I remember at one point a 59 druid in NK was oocing that he was buffing people playing NPCs. I ran by him a few minutes later and saw a ring of dead animals. | ||

The one fun time I remember is when you were able to spawn as an orc in GFay. People would die over and over to spawn as an orc then everyone would rush the baby wood elves.
