That took waaay too long.

He flamed me in Server chat...I told him he needs to leave that to RnF...He kept doing it..I didn't care or respond in kind.

But then he started telling newcomers (who were just asking simple questions about the game) that they shouldn't join the server because its full of hackers of cheaters...And for that, I reported him. I suppose I could have reported him for racism, but it was in RnF so I left it alone.
