it's no big deal like he can't stop you from going on live and checking something out. It's nowhere within his control to tell you that you can't make your own server or whatever. It's not like he's handing out servers. That'd be like a cop telling you exactly how to find a loophole in a traffic ticket [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

So basically he used his developer access to create a guide. He didn't find the guide on the internet, he didn't research on the internet, he used his access to do this.
