Wow who was the GM that responded like that? CSR means customer service rep i assume..How about just calling him or her "lead asshole". Cant GMs turn off direct tells, think that would of been better rather than raging on the player. Also how is it all these GM logs come to light.. i really would love to know who the gm is that is passing off all this info?
