Tons of people have their own server, yes. The problem here is none of them are anything like p1999, so they aren't usable test beds. Now if someone were to have inside info on how the spawns on p1999 were set up, that would make their server unique in that only they have the ability to get the information to set up a p1999 replica of VP.

I once showed Xzerion how to xfer no-drop gear through the forge in Qeynos since it was rather buggy at the beginning of the server...
