Black Screen Gold Cursor on EULA Screen

I played earlier today with no issues. Now when I click the desktop icon to load game it goes black where EULA should be. If I push Alt plus Enter it shows a EULA screen that is frozen. Same thing if I CNTRL Escape. This started tonight. I uninstalled and reinstalled not sure what else to do at this point.

Same here. But I found that forcing it to start in windowed mode allowed me to get in. Once in, I could use ctrl-enter to switch to fullscreen mode.

I was able to start it in windowed. However, when I'm in the game and I attempt to go to full screen I get the black screen unto I force it back to windowed. Not sure what's going on but I haven't had any issues, and this is getting irritating.

I came up with a fix. Download Dgoodoo. Extract. Go to the 86 files within the folder then copy. Paste them to your p99 file. Works like a charm. There is an ugly watermark that can be turned off on the Dgoodoo file within the p99 file.

It's back to normal now. Someone, somewhere, must have fixed something.
