Well the issue is that Grim's customer base is the same people that farm Sleeper's Tomb or PoM all day for Pristmatic Scale Loot Rights / Thrones. So it's a very slim minority of people that are buying from him.

One of the buyers, Blaiink, was boasting how he has "Over 4M plat of gear" on his toons when reviewing Grim's services.

So if you are too busy to camp Stormfeather because you're farming Sleeper's Tomb, Grim's your guy. Lol.

Loot right sales appeal to other kinds of players, not just fat cats or players that are playing all day.

On my Shaman, I can spend an hour or two per day to kill a WW dragon or two for their heads/armor. I can also kill the two dwarfs in Icewell keep for their heads in a few minutes for the coldain skin gloves/boots quest.

I can spend 20 hours over a week or two of actually playing the game to farm 20k plat worth of items. That is more interesting than waiting at a camp for 100+ hours doing nothing, just so you can kill a single level 34 mob at the end.

I bought loot rights from someone else before grims took over the camp. They offered a better value than he does as well.
10/10 would buy again,from that somewhat sane dude that did it twice and realized its not worth it.

Pretty common, had multiple gents come and sell service realize its not worth the time involved for the payout let alone the drama and created narratives from random people angry at how long the camp takes in general between pops.

This one for instance, I made a pun "You got the whole family watching" 4-5+ cougars rooted watching a guy camp out turned into a boxing accusation saying I am on a family computer LOL.

People get wild with the narratives and its easy to follow a fake story without verifying it and hate a person especially when hating a camp, 38 hour average between pops is brutal.
