No it isn't. That's literally THE topic of p99. You're the one who is constantly off-topic.
Incorrect. There is a reason why the forums have different sections. If someone asks "how do quakes work on P99"? In the Green Server Chat section, it is not appropriate to say "P99 quakes did not exist on classic!". You answer their question regarding how quakes work on P99 like a normal person.

People ask questions about P99 on the P99 forums, so they can get answers on how P99 currently works. This is basic logic 101.

Stick to the appropriate forum sections and threads for discussing what is and is not classic.

You're not discussing anything of value. You're wasting space, like usual. Everyone already knows what the rules are currently. The current rules are bad, and should be changed.

Writing inane shit like "none of these solutions will make everybody happy" is completely unproductive. Nothing in the world would ever improve for the better if people had that mentality. Good rules are supposed to create the most amount of benefit. It's generally always a question of weighing the pros and cons, and finding the best solution. Not letting a stagnant, harmful status quo remain.
You haven't come up with any reasonable solutions. I am looking at the reality of how P99 works. Your fantasies about P99 are irrelevant.
