Wouldn’t it be less time invested if you just joined a raiding guild and bid on vp robe? I can’t imagine the all/all matters for these stats.

I agree that getting VP robe could take less time, and would be more worthwhile since you are gaining DKP and helping your guild. Plus the stats are better.

VP robe is limited by which races can use it. Wood Elf/Half Elf Rangers can't use VP robe. So that's one reason for Guardian Robe's popularity. It is All/All.
