Leave Night Harbor and the lag improves a lot. They added some inventory (region-specific banks and other stuff) that really fucked Night Harbor up.
The movement is solid IMO.

Sounds like you hardly put any time into the game and called it quits?

Unless I missed something in the settings, pressing the movement key to move forward seems to lock you in autowalking forward until you stop it.

The performance was so bad, I couldn't even move half of the time.
