I have more issues :
- How to change brightness and color contrast ? I can't find in eqclient or display options. - I’m stuck when moving the point of view with the mouse, like I can only turn my head about 60 degrees. thx

1. The gamma slider under displqay can change contrast in game but it will affect brightness on screen as well. Something you have to live with.
2. If you experience the mouse/trackpad feeling locked during horizontal (left/right) movement, upgrading to Wine 11.0 or higher resolves this issue completely if you match game and desktop resolution or play in full screen mode. To fully recapture mouse/trackpad in windowed mode press Alt+Enter and go to full-screen mode, move the character and press Alt+Enter again to go back to windowed mode. Now your mouse/trackpad fully works as long as you stay in window. If you click outside EQ window you have to do it again to recapture mouse/trackpad. Tip: As a temporary workaround before upgrading or playing in windowed mode, lowering your in-game FPS cap to 60 reduces the locking effect. You can release and re-click the right mouse/trackpad button to reset turning, or just use the keyboard arrow keys. Adjusting your mouse or trackpad polling rate does not help.

i upgraded to wine 11 it did not help.
I found turning off my other monitor when i start wine fixed it. Immediately after wine starts i can turn the other monitor back on. I don't have to emulate a desktop either. Oddly enough it locks the mouse in P99 but if i minimize the window i can use both monitors as normal. There is a key+combo to free the mouse, it might work but i haven't tried that. I think if i stacked my monitors vertically it would fix this in the horizontal place and break the vertical plane but i cant physically do this. And turning off a monitor is easier.

Ok, I play on a laptop. Turning off the monitor might help so perfect if it's the easiest for you.
If you log in to the game and first set windowed mode to the resolution you want to play in under display and thereafter match resolution with desktop resolution (so it goes to full screen without hitting full screen button in GUI) you should be able to toggle between full screen mode and your desired window mode by pressing Alt+Enter. When you go into full screen mode your mouse should work, and when you go back to window mode it should work as well untill you leave window by clicking somewhere else on your monitor or move window. Then you need to hit Alt+Enter to full screen mode again, move your charecter to recapture mouse and then hit Alt+Enter to go back to your desired window mode for it to work again. Just my experience with the issue.
