Warrens Faction (non-KOS possible?)

I'm curious if there is any race/diety combo that is non-kos in the Warrens? Similar to how Brell followers are non-KOS in the hole.

Key details regarding Rolfron Zek:

Background: Once a mortal, Rolfron was a fervent worshiper of Brell Serilis among the kobold race. When the Duke of Below abandoned the kobolds, Rolfron was consumed by unparalleled sorrow, which Rallos Zek recognized and adopted.

I'd try Rallos worshipper if anyone. Preferably one of the smallfolk.

Yep, not possible to raise it, but was curious if anyone starts out not hated by the dogs. I'll give Rallos a try.

Kerra Isle and Blackburrow Gnolls you can raise faciton with. Not the kobolds though. Also, even maxxing MM faction you cannot be non-KoS there. Sad.
