Castle using the implied "Stolen Valor" theory to implicate herself as this smart, wealthy, handsome miscreant.

Maybe it was Tesh Val Gnoll scrolls, in conjuncrion with the Bone Chip Consortium using Combine Geomancy Technology to create a (Brain)Wormhole.

Remember that the explanation was a "database bug"

And then someone in the disc/ forums said "Hey do Cabilis next" and the next time the bind changed it was Cabilis.

I never had a coding bug that listened to me and took requests, I'm jealous.

According to the rumor mill the most likely explanations were:

(1) If your game client sent a non-matching X Y or Z coordinate value type (for example: int instead of float) or an out of range value

or

(2) If your character got 'stuck' in an impossible X Y Z coordinate

Then the game would crash and Rogean had a script that would run to 'reset' your character to their last sane login point, likely to avoid wasting CSR resources doing it manually.

Unfortunately, this script instead changed every single player's last login location to that last sane location, at least the one's that were not logged in when the event happened... but maybe everyone's?

If the rumor is true, was this devilishly handsome trickster really at fault or is Rogean himself to be blamed?
