Found and fixed the following cases:

Players with see invisible active can now acquire targets via /target playername for:
-Rogues in a hidden state
-Players using Sneak when positioned in the rear arc

If there are other cases, post it up with steps to replicate.

Found this in my archive of it helps figuring out behavior mechanics.

https://www.tapatalk.com/groups/firi...ies-t4761.html

Before you stand up
If you have cast a DoT spell (like a darkness snare) on the monster, and you feign, and you stand up again before the DoT has worn off, the monster will remember you and come back, even if they have returned to their spawn point. Wait for the message saying these spells have worn off.
If you're not sure that you no longer have aggro, make sure you are out of aggro range from the group, stand up, and wait there to see if anything jumps you. Only return to your group when you are absolutely sure you won't be bringing friends.
If your race can Hide, then Hide. Take any items/buffs off that allow you to see the invisible. Now type "/target (yourname)" If the hide failed, you'll target yourself. However, if you successfully hid, you will get the message "I don't see anybody with that name around here". Once you've lost aggro, you can safely stand up from the feign, and sit down to meditate/heal, while remaining hidden.
To de-feign, just Ctrl-S or click your sit/stand button.
