Plane of Hate

Hello all,
Been trying to figure out spawn times of PoHate mini bosses for epics and just guild raiding fun, turns out its mainly camped, and people are for example MQing the ranger epic stone for 160k plat...... Seems like we should maybe instance this zone per guild like once a week or something? a thought. Any one share this view?

You say that. but for this place. Plane of Hate is used for Epics. There is no place or game where your forced to use in game currency to buy your epic piece. So maybe I'm in the place to be, but what's also not a place to be, is being forced to pay 160k for a stone. I'm not the only person. there are hundreds of us. I'm just bringing it up. There are guilds that raids often or want for that content, should not have to compete or pay in game currency. Thank you for your opinion :-D

Jesse, this is the state of these servers. There is one infamous player who has been camping Plane of Hate minis every spawn for the last 6 years on Green - and many more years on Blue before that.

Now that they are not considered raid mobs, and you don't have to zone back in when minis spawn - there is a group of players that have camped every spawn for the last year.

One player person camps Lodizal every day and has been for years - you'll see them auctioning Boots, Belt and Shield regularly. One person camps Stormfeather every day and has been for years - you'll see them auctioning Loot Rights to map piece. One player camps AC every day and has been for years - you'll see them auction Jboots MQ regularly. A few players camp Fungi King regularly and have been for years. Etc, etc, etc.

I think it's a sign of the times. Especially online, people have moved away from larger community and working together in favor of greed and perceived riches or wealth. The spirit of the server is not to work together to achieve - it is to take from others what they would take from you. Parallel to the rest of the internet.

The golden era of EQ, MMOs and Online discourse in general is over. We are in post-modern, mid-societal collapse internet era. It's ugly out there.

Your three options are:
1) Beat em
2) Join em
3) Don't play p99

Use some of the stack of plat you accumulated since release, or, if no plat, sell one of the many manastones you camped at release and buy it.
