Full-screen / Proper mouse look?

Has there been any improvements on these? Would love to be able to play full screen and not have it revert all the time. Would also love to be able to mouse look and not zoom to the sky or the floor because the up/down looking is wayyyy more sensitive than left/right looking.

That one might be fixed by capping max frame rate to 60 in Options menu, or in eqclient.ini:
