Not receiving E-mail verification after SMS verification

I am trying to reset my password to login as it seems I set it to something I don't usually use.

To do so, I have to attach a phone number.

After inserting the verification number I was told I would receive a verification e-mail to finalize the phone number attachment.

I am not receiving any e-mails, even though just 10 minutes ago I used the same e-mail to reset the forum password to login to here and received it right away.

What could be the issue?
