Dietary Fats, Prostaglandins and Hormones: Part I by Casey Butt via the Internet Archive
Do you know the difference between unsaturated and saturated fat? Did you know your body has use for both and for different reasons? Also is there a best fat to cook with? What about essential fats? This is Part 1 of 3 of the best and most practical writeup on fats, hormones, and consequences for health and performance I've yet seen.

Vegetables for fiber are nutritionally important. Also requirements vary so recommendations for a sedentary person are different than for an athlete training for performance.
This article's author has studied the literature and in addition to being a medical doctor has deadlifted at least 700lb and has coached countless performance athletes. Not sure I agree with his recommendation exactly (#7) on fats though myself.

Amazing. I'm in a strength block and haven't climbed in maybe half a year. Actually I took my climbing chalk bag to lift the other night and my hand came out 100% empty [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] and that reminds me I need chalk.
Wanted to share this vid for posterity for especially advanced coaches and athletes Plan tonight is sled work with a neck harness and or prowler which I am now convinced due to that vid is like essential for knee health. Amazing content and while I've known Dave Tate for years by reputation and provenance and am a huge fan, I've heard of Kneesovertoes guy for almost as long and never looked for his stuff myself. So much money in that vid.
