Well of all the people who have posted so far we constitute a quorum just us two guys.

Fun fact: before Xmas I found Richard D. James album and Selected ambient works 2-3 on CD and ended up with one in each CDJ for at least a half hour mixing and using delay and effects on top of everything Aphex does and my only regret now is not recording it to let you hear it.



That gyu's vid is cool but not how that track was originally made because he says so himself in his video. I'm not writing his YouTube titles but he's more using modern tools and workflow to reverse engineer the sounds to a similar approximation. But he can hear and has quite a bit of tools experience and distinctions from my viewing. I wonder if he has heard of the Golden Ears CDs.

yeah very true, was all actual hardware and a Atari 520ST computer or something right. i wish i held on to our Atari i had no idea that thing was actually useful/popular for EDM
