Jeb's Seal - Enchanter Epic Quest

So how does it work now? I'm at sarnak imitator with a jeb's seal. I need a sack to combine my 4 pieces of staff for epic

EDIT: Now I'm at Clockwork VIIX (aka Mizzle Gepple) https://wiki.project1999.com/Clockwork_VIIX and hand him Jebs seal, he says "It is time then, are you ready to get the required components?" and doesnt give me a sack. I have the 1st piece of the staff, 2nd piece of the staff, 3rd piece of the staff, 4th piece of the staff and Jebs seal. I have all the pieces for the epic but can't get an enchanters sack to finish it
