I just woke up to a terrible sound outside and had to go out with a head lamp and track it down. Found my male cat had a scared female cat "tree'd." They both took off running when I approached, but what the dang hell is he doing. I didn't raise him this way. That's 2 out of the last 3 nights I've been woken up by cats in the middle of the night.
