Lets face it the server isnt bringing in new blood but some of the old faces would come back for shit like warders. Or custom content or luclin but I dont see those happening

I'd say I meet at least one person literally every day asking basic questions in /ooc because they're new. It's fine, everything's fine.

It is dead, it's the final skeletal crew manning the stations day after day. If 1 has a son or daughter, gets a job or dies it is 1 off the population forever. The swing player loved classic, loved teal and loved being the only one to have the ranger sword with wild from vox. They have been gone for many years now. Don't adapt, renew. Unless you're gonna luclin.
