I suggest Smoking Lounge [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] They do a lot of stuff together, but are also part of a larger alliance if raiding is end game for you. If you want to see what a small guild can do - I would join them since they do a lot of stuff together with their own people, but if you want to break out into a bigger alliance to do bigger raids that need 50-60 people, you can still do that too.
