I would think both ZAM and Quarm would be based on the live values, and as such both would be equally wrong on P99.

And again, I think that because both are based on modern EQ data, and Project 1999 is based on '99-'01 data ... so it follows (logically) that both would be about equally wrong.

Because SOE (and later Daybreak) didn't just stop changing EverQuest after 2001, to make things easier for the developers of Project 1999?

We literally have years and years of patch notes after 2001 as proof.
