The wiki has tons of guides to help. There's one for each starting city (including Kelethin), one (or more) for your class, one for places to solo and one for where to find groups ... and that's just the guide pages! You're looking for Project Quarm (started by a former P99 contributor named Secrets). It doesn't have everything Project 1999 has (eg. single-boxing, more classic rules), but if you want to go to Luclin and beyond it's your best bet.
