One thing video games taught me is being the best at a thing is knowing the abilities of your enemy.
Like, if you master every class in everquest, you play 1 class way better by default. Or if you know the capabilities of another fighter and their patterns well enough you can easily defeat them (even I beat professional heavyweight UFC fighters in the ring using this technique). idk it's just interesting that being the best at a tequnique is < as understanding the strengths and weaknesses your enemies.
