There's a Luclin era server with a healthy population right now you can roll on/enjoy.
Sure, but Quarm is going to PoP. Luclin would give a ”Legacy” server its own distinct function and relevance when a fresh server is cycling through the content It would provide an eternal Luclin option to the community as well. I think Luclin is a good point for a low pop server too given how the spires help players get around themselves, bazaar helps trading and AA’s provide additional content to chip away at for ages.

I personally am not a big fan of Luclin but Ido think it makes sense for a merged server to go there should we get a cycling fresh server.

While I'd love to see some AAs implented to flesh out some of the classic classes (with corresponding mob boosts as needed of course), it will never happen on P99 as the devs believe Luclin was the point where EQ started going downhill (because it was).
