IMO merge Green with Blue and send the server to the Luclin. Add a new fresh server that once sleeper is killed flushes all characters onto the Luclin-server and restarts.

Suggestion #2: On the Luclin (or otherwise eternal Velious server) unlock legacy item camps and spawns on a rotational original timeline schedule. E.g. every few years players get another shot at Manastone, Holgresh Elder Beads and Warder loot.

There's a Luclin era server with a healthy population right now you can roll on/enjoy.

you guys are so funny, you killed p99 by being unreasonable neckbeards; so people with lives just leave, it's literally nothing else

Yes, I'm sure that's it and not stagnation of the server.

entire guilds have moved to quarm because they cant take the daily grind of 40 year olds arguing over pixels. strangely, some people play this game for fun still. you wouldnt know that if you checked the UN

It would cost millions of dollars to reproduce a server like p99 which is why daybreak has not tried
