never heard of that youtube channel so i looked into it. i smell billionaire-backed nonsense, not that it makes the individual stories or takes untrue. 'the emergent order foundation' does have a nice, menacing ring to it. sounds like a cult in a near-future sci-fi novel.

Well the problem is that they have extensive criminal records in the countries they fled, so there really isn't ambiguity when it comes to an obvious pattern of high criminality for the high profile cases like garcia.

I'm not entirely sure what your point is, but the government of venezuela isn't the only source to consult when determining if somebody is a criminal. There are family members and local police that can confirm "yeah this dude definitely killed somebody\somebodies".

Lol that is pretty great. I've always found him off-putting. Something about the extremely high production value of his show (he has those stupid camera track things that slowly pan the camera during the conversations for exaggerated dramatic effect) combined with the fact he looks kind of like how I imagine a pedophile looking always gave me the creeps. But again, he gets good guests and asks good questions (for the most part).
