i'm down like 20+ lb or someshit just from no longer drinking reg cokes or eating candy stuffs had like half a peanut-butter cookie in july that's it, the devil made me do it.

i'm 6'7 and usually work in warehouses so i'm used to getting in pulling hoes shape by just showing up to work and getting paid to exercise

but yeah my body is a disaster atm from just chilling at home for a while, not even gonna go step on a scale to check. The "i'm just gonna chill for a bit and take care of my parents" was a tarded plan for sure.

It is instant status amongst dudes. Gives an edge in face to face negotiations. I mean the advantages are endless. Almost all women like a guy taller than them, and some girls REALLY like much taller guys. And almost no girl is going to be like “oh no he’s too tall for me” lol
