I was level 43 on my shaman yesterday, almost made 52 by the server down today. Phew, are level 50 and 51 BOTH hell levels? I guess I'll just finish up tomorrow.

50 seemed pretty fast. 51 however is slow going for me.

Had a group of us doing Royals in SolB when some freakish lag hit while we were fighting about 4 mobs, like the scrolling sort of lag were the % goes up down up down. I could still see my char but all mobs froze and my group was gone! I ran to zone, but didn't see a zone out, and everything crashed to login screen (weird).

It was 4 in the morn, couldn't get back on of course, so went to bed. Now today, I cannot log back into the game at all, so am worried of course (not really).

I had no gear to speak of in temp bags, but this calls for a GM rez, does it not? Because I'm 100% certain that my corpse is stuck in some wall.

Hopefully the group I was with got their corpses back!

Fungi Tunic, FBSS, Granite Face Grinder, Jaundiced Bone Bracer, and a ton of AC. Once I hit 45 the JBB was just astounding... I only use mana for roots now. My kill rate went up about 2x even from the gear I was using.

Why in the hell wouldn't they call a 15-minute reset if they knew it was going to happen, even if it was at 4 in the morning E.S.T.? I know not many of us are on then, but there were a few of us on!

So, I had my Jboots in a temp bag while I was soloing. When I realized that I couldnt do anything I moved them out but I doubt that will do anything. If I lose the boots will they say Im SoL or will they help me out since they werent planning on it being down?

u could get jboots back or u could not, ive lost a pegasus cloak in mage bag once when server crashed unannounced and never got it back but when i was lower lvl i had some stuff in a mage bag n server crashed n i got them bacl

Did you idiots not consider, I don't know, maybe like putting a stack of food or like four crystallized sulfur or some bone chips or a small bronze bracer or you know like ANYTHING else in the temp bag?

Anything you put in a temp bag you should expect to lose. I know i'm going to get flamed and someone is going to argue the benefits of using a temp bag to death. w/e.

When a server goes down a program called nagios sends texts to the server admins letting them know the status..

Almost every server nowadays uses this for server outages and what not as well as other crucial ops that occur with apache or any kind of server really.. Believe me.. When the server goes down they know immediately
