COM was one of the revamped zones, where it basically looked good, they just had some non era loot, non era mobs they added, and it seems like they beefed everything up to deal with the scaling of Live.
I went through each mob and reduced their Max HP and DMG to P99 values. Mist golems had 4k instead of 2k, Fog Golems/Gyrating Goos same thing, some goos had 6k hp same with the golems and greater warbones.
Everything P99 values for every mob, I also went on Red and placed everything exactly right on the lower level will need to do the top now maybe a little bit but it looks OK.
Checked Black Reavers, didn't verify Shaman epic mob stats yet. Now onto adding Spell Loot tables onto all these mobs first and this will be the main lowbie spell hub that I can expand upon.
