What'd they do this time. My dumb mages pet still seems to generate the same freekp when I log in for batphones and click pet attack

They're probably talking about the recent change that screwed up pet attack range. It may have been non-classic before (too long) but the change also made it non-classic (much too short).

I really don't understand. In the discussion about the patch they openly admit the change was made in order to make the game "feel more classic"-- that the pet tracking exploit was classic, but people are abusing it.

I dont mind it tbh, but only if we drop the "classic" pretense that comes with every discussion.

Why change this, but keep the "classic bug" that causes you to lose all buffs when zoning with low life?

Pick a lane FFS.
