I think NHI are just generally ambivalent.
Maybe they think abduction and dissection is like just a normal way of our species saying hello cuz that's how our gubbernments deal with crash survivors or whatever. Lol.

Which brings me too another point! The constitution(s) should definitely be NHI inclusive. Including human designed AI. And or artificially engineered biologicals!
