Big changes came from absurdism and choosing the path of the buddha even tho I suck at it. Buddha can be considered nihilistic. But Buddha made the choice to actively create less suffering in the world while living. If Buddha just quit..... like maybe a nihilistic hedonist. There wouldn't be "The Noble Eightfold Path".

It's all bullshit and I won't be taking any vows or anything personally. I think Buddha would probably find all that shit the came later silly anyways too.

No judgments on Nihilism nor Hedonism. They are what they are. Useful as any other thing that exists. As easily misused. As easily used to build great pyramids. Or the IceCube Neutrino Observatory. As much use as either are.

There really is no you behind the screen. Just the screen and the world. It's not easy to understand. Fun though when understood!

yeah, i'm trying to get into Taoism and Shintoism without going full weeaboo about it.

did some Tai Chi (very very badly) the other day and listening to rainstorm sounds more instead of going to sleep listening to geopolitical/stockmarket shit, seems to be helping.

Everything is temporary.

The key is maybe just less anxiety. More acceptance. It's all there. Will always have been. Growing attached to one thing and then another. Can happen if weebed out to tao and shinto. Could be fun for a bit.

People become attached. When things change people get upset. Sometimes they don't. It's ok for it all too stay the same.
