Is there any way to have /chatfontsize default to 6 in new chat windows?

anyone ever find a fix for tiny tell window font size? a way to fix all new popup chatfont?

I tried the option above and it didn't seem to fix it for me.
Added
ChatWindow3_FontStyle=6
ChatWindow4_FontStyle=6
ChatWindow5_FontStyle=6

to my UI_character_P1999Green file and still tiny text.
