Of course physique inflation is a thing

And yes, male body dysmorphia is not only rampant, it’s not really stigmatized. Almost glorified. BIGorexia is very much more of a thing than ever

But this is the correction: there are far more overall people on very small amounts of PED’s, yes. The ones stacking compounds or juicing to the gills seem roughly the same. It’s just that with good training and diet, it doesn’t take much of something illegal, quantity wise, to cause huge benefits

But yep standards are only going up. AI impossi-bodies are going to make it 5x worse. At least I know what I like about me and want for me, and that hasn’t changed with the increase in bio hacking being done by anyone who can afford it and wants to risk it

Someone saying they’ve “never felt better” after stacking multiple PED’s for the first time and juicing “to the gills” (he says) or to the tits I like to say, because without careful monitoring you will grow them…

….is like a recently morbidly obese person saying they’ve never felt better. Give it some time and get back to us. Let us know how it’s going when your dick stops working

And at the bottom of the article it says he hasn’t noticed any performance increases despite putting on lots of muscle and yea no shit, steroids are only going to make cardio worse. If he wants cardio he should be doing that EPO shit that gives you like 30% more red blood cells. Whatever Lance was doping on for cycling

If I were to do the enhanced games it would be a combination of something like Anavar, Cardarine (a cardio performance SARM) and EPO

Dude, I love the idea of an enhanced league for all sports.. The idea of humans pushing themselves to the absolute limit in what the human body can do would be awesome.. I mean yeah the health issues and injuries would be brutal, buuuuuuut........ that's not my problem...

Did you ever play the mutant league video games? They were soooo good. There was a football one, and a hockey one. I remember having them on Genesis. Thanks for bringing this memory back.

Same

And it’s funny because I have a war within my own consciousness where I hate AI, how advanced it’s getting, how it’s going to take over, and how there will eventually be two groups of people: those that know how to take advantage of AI to help them in their pursuits (whatever those may be), and those that don’t, or choose not to. And eventually the gap between those will be like people who have the internet vs people who don’t

But I have a completely OPPOSITE view when it comes to bio hacking, which is just another form of technology, albeit chemical engineering. Where I am 100% for the idea of bio hacking the body to be able to do crazy shit, or I’m also interested in the idea of longevity (not necessarily living forever but for me it would be being able to work out intensely for longer into my lifespan)

And there will eventually be the same thing: two groups of people, enhanced vs natty. The enhanced will be pulling further and further ahead not just in performance, but also risk management, because as the drugs get more sophisticated, the risks will go down. And the people who choose not to embrace it will be left in the dust, literally lol

For me, nada other than runkeeper to track run times sometimes

I hear those watches are getting crazy. My stepdad’s Apple Watch will apparently report whenever he has a heart arrhythmia, and supposedly can track your sleep and let you know if you have sleep apnea or something

You’ll have to let me know what you can track if you get one. I like the idea of min/max’ing personal stats same as a RPG game char [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]
