Default Bvellos' Bounty Broken?
I've turned in a few coldain heads to a charmed Captain Bvellos. I got experience and platinum but there is no text that indicates a change to faction.

Items, exp, and coin are given for completing quests on charmed NPCs. Faction hits are not, works this way for any quest if leveraging charm.
