Disease from Warrens Kobolds
The "Disease" dot from Diseased kobolds in the Warrens seems bugged. It lasts literally hours upon hours, maybe forever? I had to eventually buy a cure disease potion in order to be rid of it.
The only reason the disease didn't kill me after so long is because I'm a SK and I kept having to heal myself off monsters... even though I long since departed the Warrens days ago.

Rabies? Wiki says 48 minutes. Not that that proves it's the proper classic duration, but I do think this is intended). https://wiki.project1999.com/Rabies (I actually thought it was 3 hours.)
Clerics get Cure Disease at level 5, and Necromancers at level 16, so maybe a fellow player will come along whom you can ask for a cure. https://wiki.project1999.com/Cure_Disease
