NPC Spawn Issue: Missing NPC: The Behemoth (Siren's Grotto)

I was researching this one a bit for TAKP and there doesn't seem to be any screenshots of "The Behemoth" anywhere, it leads me to believe that because his drops were "Behemoth's Hide" and "Behemoth's Fangs", it may have just been Ulth the Enraged and people called him "The Behemoth" by mistake. Ulth was also very rare, so a lot of the lists with the drop from "The Behemoth" were probably just 3rd hand info copied from other sites. I could be wrong, but that's where I landed on it.
